    About “Noree Cosper

    1. Noree Cosper says:

Noree Cosper loves writing about magic in the modern world While growing up in Texas she constantly searched for mystical elements in the mundane She buried her nose in both fiction and books about Wicca, Religion, and Mythology Everyday became an adventure as she joined a group of role players, acting out her fantasies of vampires, demons, and monsters living in the world She embraced her nerdom wholeheartedly Noree grew, but never left her love for fantasy and horror Her dreams pushed her and her hand itched to write the visions she saw So, with her fingers on the keys, she did what her heart had been telling her to do since childhood She wrote.

    1. I loved it!This is a story about Cassi: a girl who is just trying to live a life of normalcy, trying to ignore the fate she was born into, and falling for the guy she was warned against.I enjoyed the way the author presented the story - fast-paced, action-packed, light and enjoyable. The characters had me intrigued and are relatable. I am excited to read the rest of Cassi's adventures.I was gifted a copy for an honest review.

    2. In a human world, Greek gods and demigods are not the only creatures wandering among people. Cassi, the descendant of Pandora, is a witch, whose duty is to hunt the daimons and rogue gods and lock them away with her power. She tries to avoid the Fate and live a normal life, but her true nature eventually finds her, forcing her to stand up for those she loves. When a daimon starts to kill her friends, Cassi can no longer close her eyes from the truth. But, falling in love with god never ends up w [...]

    3. Cassi (Cassiopea) was a descendant of Pandora, the one who opened the jar out of curiosity and let out evil). She was at college far from her family and not paying attention to her duty to hunt the evil spirits. She has a new job as a journalist for a special project and good looking Mercer would be her boss and she felt attracted to him. Then, students began to commit suicide and something foul was in the air. Who was behind the deaths? Who was this man really? This story was a complete fantasy [...]

    4. The Pandora Principle is a surprisingly perfect blend of several different genres. I might call it new adult romantic suspense set in an urban fantasy world reminiscent of Percy Jacksonbut much more grown up.For a variety of reasons, I can't write much for fear of giving away surprises you'll enjoy more if you find them out for yourself. Suffice it to say that the characters are well-developed and the perfect level of tough and flawed. The book is so action-packed you'll probably read it straigh [...]

    5. Becoming jaded, I might be. I wasn't really into this book, not that it is a bad book. I'm quite over the wholesale condemnation of a race though. I'm also over people that set themselves up as protectors of a sort that target a specific race/group without provocation. I understand that the majority of a race/group might be evil but I don't think that without proof of wrongdoing that they should be eradicated. The previous sentiments stem from Cassi wanting to get rid of Mercer/Hermes without pr [...]

    6. Wow, this was a great read, that once I started reading I had an extremely difficult time putting it down. This was a very entertaining and interesting read that will keep your interest from beginning to end, it has amazing characters that you cannot help but fall in love with and the pace at which it moved was just perfect for reading. This book needs to be on your list of books to read, you will not be sorry.

    7. This book was given me in exchange for a fair and honest review by Rebecca Hamilton. One of the better books I've read this year. Continuous action which is both exciting and informative of paranormal life/ beliefs/ theories . Our heroin has a few problems to sort out to say the least, the biggest being a lustful attraction to a God in human body . Steamy in parts this is a good stand alone / cliffhanger story well told and definitely recommended for reading .

    8. A great weaving of modern storytelling and ancient lore. And also, HOT. But this isn't your mama's bodice-ripper. There's no purple prose--just a zap to your naughty bits. Which is how it should be.But the romance is really only a small part of a much bigger picture. But saying anymore would spoil it. You'll have to see for yourself. ^_^

    9. I loved the premise and most everything in the book. There were some typos that drove me crazy. I should say that it was in a Kindle anthology and that may have something to do with it. I thought there were a few non sequiturs, early in the novel, but once it got rolling, it smoothed out and became a fun read. Cliffhanger, though. Dammit!

    10. Seeing all the good reviews on this book, I was excited to read it. Unfortunately, it was a bit of a letdown. Normally, I love books with gods in it. This one just didn't interest me as much as I expected it to. It wasn't horrible. It was an ok story. It just doesn't draw the reader in. The characters are more one dimensional which doesn't really make the reader like them much. I couldn't connect with the MC and really didn't care for her much. Overall, it wasn't horrible but it was definitely l [...]

    11. GreatI was not expecting it to be so good. Aside from a few moments when she was annoying, I really liked Cassie. Serenity was great too. I wish there was a little more work-building, I was confused about some things (like how she actually gets rid of the daimons). The romance was a bit too accelerated, but not drastically so. I really liked how she addressed the fact that during a war/conflict/battle is not the time to begin a new romance. But overall I really enjoyed it.

    12. The pandora principle Loved! A highly enjoyable blend of mythology in modern times. I really enjoyed the story and how it flowed. It was fast-paced, action packed and just fun. The character were entertaining and lifelike. I liked the twists and turns and of course the rich mythology.I look forward to seeing where the story and characters go from here.

    13. A good read!An interesting variation of the Pandora's box myth come to life. I thought the characters were well rounded but still had some mystery for further development. The plot kept me hooked and reading well past my bedtime! I can't wait for the next one to come out.

    14. Cassie has left her heritage behind to try and live a normal life. She has spent the last three years at college sharing a room with her best friend Serenity. There is an exciting new project starting for their school but the man running it has a reputation as a ladies manSerenity tries to warn Cassie to stay away from him, but she is drawn to him. A family member comes to drag Cassie back home to take up her duties. When tragedy strikes all around the school it's obvious she needs to find the b [...]

    15. Wow this was good! Even though it started out a little slow, and I didn't much like the lead characters, especially Mercer, I ended up really enjoying it and totally in love with "Mercer". Damn he was also really sexy and Cassi and Mercer's scenes together were so hot! And when we discovered who and what Serenity waswow I didn't see that one coming! I also liked Cassi, although not much in the beginning. But she turned into the kickass heroine she should have been from the start. And the way she [...]

    16. Cassi is a student at a college and part of a Virtual Reality project as a writer. Her roommate will be coding but she wasn't aware that Mercer Chaplin was running this project. Serenity doesn't like Mercer Chaplin. Wait until you find out who he really is. Bad enough that Cassi is a descendant of Pandora. She is the person who got nosy and opened the jar which allowed a bunch of evil spirits to spread over the Earth. She just wants to get her degree. She was promised time away from home before [...]

    17. I read this book as part of the Secret Worlds box set. In fact, this book was the sole reason I purchased the box set. I loved author Noree Cosper's A Prescription for Delirium, so was eager to read The Pandora Principle. As usual, Cosper builds a both fantastic and believable world based on lore and reality. The characters were super realistic, dealing with very real NA issues (college, balancing romance with family, that kind of stuff). I liked the love story and really adored Serenity, as wel [...]

    18. This was a really interesting story but bad editing made reading it barely tolerable. It had lots of misspelled words, bad sentence structure, missing words, and sentences that simply didn't make sense. It simply didn't flow well, and I found myself having to go back and re-read parts of it over and over to figure out what was going on.Because of this, I'm not sure if I'll try to read anything else by this author. Hopefully future books will be edited better!

    19. loved the Greek mythology theme of the book with romance, mystery and suspense. Cassi falls for the Greek god Hermes which she didn't realize until later, but her family would never allow them to be together. I can't wait until the next book in the series to see what happens next to Cassi and Hermes.

    20. The Pandora Principle by Noree Cosper, included in the Secret Worlds Boxed Set is a well written book. The characters were fully developed and likeable. The story line was well thought out. I didn't want this story to end. This was my first book by Noree Cosper but it definitely won't be my last.

    21. The publisher's blurb gives clues, and no spoilers here. The story is well written and moves along quickly. The characters are realistic and the fantasy is imaginative. I loved it!

    22. Need the next one now.The second one can't come soon enough. I couldn't put it down till I got to the end. Great read.

    23. I really enjoyed this book, but I really enjoy mythology so this is an obvious read of me. I cannot wait to read more about this reluctant hero

    24. Noree Cosper gives us a fabulous new twist to Ancient Lore and reality. It was so good, I couldn't put it down until I got to the end. I hope there is another book!
