    1. This cover is misleading, there are no mermaids in this issue! I really liked the flash backs with Rosie and Abigail. I feel really sad their friendship was broken, I hope they can repair it and be friends again. Jen is quickly becoming one of my favorite characters, I love that she is a common sense pillar in all of the Lumberjane crazy, she's the most like me in personality I think. Overall just a great issue.

    2. This graphic novel series just gets more fun with every new issue. I'm in love with it! This particular issue was a setup for what's going to happen next and the crazy things that'll unfold from the characters' attitudes. And what was that ENDING??? I'll have nightmares for a week.

    3. I liked the flashback to Rosie and Abigail's past.I really liked when the girls and Jen got reunited. "Look at all those FEELINGS. Disgusting" :D

    4. 5 Stars, BUY BUY BUY!Self Purchase, ComixologyHonestly, I know I say this a lot but I’m confused again about who is who. Ugh I need recaps people! Also, I need a better memory. Anyway, Rosie is telling Jen about when Rosie and Abigail were in camp together, before Abigail became the Bear Woman. Meanwhile, the girls (ok and boys) are being herded by talking wolves. Rosie, Jen and the girls are reunited. I won’t say more than that as it’s a rockin issue and I want everyone to enjoy it.So ove [...]

    5. This was a great issue of Lumberjanes! I think we need a bit more explanation as to what the hell as Grootslang is. I felt it was kind of something everyone just accepted as something horrific, but the reader wasn't fully made aware of what it is. I guess you could question if all the characters even know what a Grootslang is, but a little more idea will hopefully come in issue #17. I think the issue went really quickly and it could have been spread into maybe 1 and a half issues. I think it cou [...]

    6. abigails on the hunt for her biggest kill. the girls are finally reunited with jen and trying to stop abigail from getting them all killed.

    7. • 3.5 stars •Nooo, another cliffhanger. Even though Abigail is crazy, I'm sad that her and Rosie's friendship didn't work out. But god damn girl, you've unleashed fury.

    8. Helluva cliffhanger. Wish there was a trade I could buy after this instead of just the individual issues.

    9. Great arc, questions sort of answered but way more brought up. We are starting to learn some of the background to the Lumberjanes and to the few adults in the series.

    10. Some flashbacks to Rosie and Abigail's time as lumberjanes and the ultimate(???) monster? Like a what point is a monster basically a god?

    11. Despite the cover, a disappointing lack of gay mermaids. But otherwise an excellent installment in an excellent series!
