    1. I read the previous book and liked it so I wanted to get a bit more insight into the process of Six Sigma. I enjoyed the story but this book wasn't as good as the first. Maybe I was looking for some more solid content. This book kinda danced around the design concept. It basically tells a story about two friends from the first book a little later in life as one starts to lose passion and the other gains it because of the process of six sigma and the way it transformed his work habits and his com [...]

    2. Superb book on taking a look at increasing DFSS, tells a short story of two leaders discussing the return on SS, and how one increased his rating, and how the other would learn to apply those traits. Good book.

    3. Good review of the basic elements of DFSS. It's presented as a parable, which makes it easy to understand, but light on details. It works but requires more follow up to actually implement.
