    1. As a fellow Dangan Ronpa anime watcher and game player, I was delighted to find out there was a paper version of it. I normally like watching the animation FIRST then reading the manga, but I was disappointed that I did not read this sooner.Behold, the manga in all its glory, is right here. I suggest you stop reading whatever book you're reading and read this. The plot is very unique, compared to the other mystery manga or anime. It may be confusing at times, especially towards the end, but every [...]

Neskutečně mě to bavilo. Má to stejný feels jako hra/anime, charaktery se chovaj dost podobně a i celá ta amosféra ah dru [...]

    3. I don't really want to say it, since I'm currently kind of Danganronpa obsessed, but I can't really bring myself to like any of these 'new' characters. Actually, slash that, I want to punch both Yasuke and Kamishiro in the face and give Ryouko a cup of cocoa and THEN punch her in the face. Kyouko's appearance kind of saved this for me.

    4. Rating: 4.5 starsDisclaimer: This review is full of spoilers. I'm really sorry about that, but I really can't make a review without mentioning some things that happened in the games, etc. However, I will try my best to hide some spoilers. If you have played all of the games and/or read this light novel, feel free to read my review without discretion. I hope you enjoy!----------INITIAL THOUGHTSOkay, so I've just finished watching CinnamonToastKen's Super Danganronpa 2 streams and I can't stop thi [...]

    5. Wow the writing in this is atrocious. I've read light novels before and I even read fan translated light novels before and I rarely saw something so sloppily written. You can only blame the translation to a point I think they really did the best they could given material. Also the art in this is obliviously not done by the main team or whatever from the games. It's not outright bad but the artist obviously has a thing for legs as they're not only front and center in every illustration but also t [...]

    6. I think the fanlation I read was pretty mediocre-to-bad. But this story overall was particularly silly, more than a little off-putting, and generally underwhelming. I think reading this while playing DR2 and, after, when I was watching DR3 was the best choice but it also made this LN seem particularly unnecessary. I haven't finished the second volume because overall I just don't care much about this.Should this ever get an official English translation, I'll definitely look into it again to see i [...]

    7. I really really really love Danganronpa. The games, the anime, and because of this I was super hyped when I found out that there were also novels. Problem: I don't speak Japanese. Solution: Read a fan-translated version.Second problem caused by solution: I can't be sure if I just dislike the way the story was written, or I just had a really unskilled translator. The writing style made it too hard to properly read: the main character has some kind of short therm memory loss, which wouldn't be that [...]

    8. More despair-inducing despair! For fans of the first game, eager to know more about the Tragedy and the events surrounding that event, this is the perfect read. The first part of a duology, it introduces some interesting new characters (who may or may not be killed off before much development has occurred, mind you) and a couple of characters from DR:THH (both present and not so much, during the course of the game). Moreover, the chapters alternate between the pov of the forgetful Ryouko Otonash [...]

    9. Did you play the DanganRonpa games and think to yourself "this needs the Ultimate memory-loss guy from Memento"?Well, you were not the only one! Someone sat down and wrote up this lil prequel to add even more wtf?! into the already wtf-parade of crazy that is the Hope's Peak Academy lifeThe hardest part is figuring out when it's best to read it. Reading before playing Goodbye Despair might spoil a few twists, but many in-game monokuma coin prizes suddenly make so much sense!

    10. I had a lot of fun reading this novel .of course , anyone who wants to read it will have to play Dangan Rompa and Super Dangan Rompa 2 or at least read the story script of the games is book is written to answer some of the question left unclear from the games , It also provides a lot of excitement .In the end , you are reminded of how psychotic Junko is . "shivers"

    11. The first part of the Dangan Ronpa Zero is somewhat irritiating, it kept the same setting as the games but it just doesn't work as well as a novel. The dialogues are way too Japanese for a Westerner like me it almost felt forced to have such a silly storyline and unrealistic chracters.

    12. As a diehard DanganRonpa fan, this book was a welcome addition to the DanganRonpa series. When I finally bought this novel, I was literally jumping with excitement. Thankfully, it lived up to my expectations, with great writing and a wonderful story.
